Now it's the ever popular MaaMa Man, written by the noted playwright, Paul Beale This play is set in the typical Jamaican Ghetto area and portrays the typical stringy ‘Maama man”. He conserves on everything in the home, from the toilette tissue to making love to his wife, Roseberry. Verona, the tenant finds it very upsetting that sshe is unable to bring her boyfriend “Atwater Grinstone” to the home. Verona is continually harased by both her clash between Jooky jam and the trigger happy policeman and is one of the play’s highlights.
